Yes, If you are local, please consider ditching the shipping costs and choose our FREE LOCAL PICK-UP option on our website at checkout.
You will be sent an email and text message with pick-up address and instructions once your order is filled.
How do you ship your packages?
Seed & Shea is currently offering FREE SHIPPING on all orders $75.00 or more. Shipping is calculated by weight and all packages are shipped First Class or Priority Mail via USPS. All orders include tracking information provided to you via email. Our Small Business Works really hard to ship all packages within 1-3 days. If our shipping timeline is longer than 4 days, we will contact you via email and text.
What is your Return Policy?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products we cannot accept returns. Exchanges will be granted on unopened, and unused items within 7 days of purchase. If there is a particular concern about a product you ordered, or if a product was damaged in shipping, please contact our owner at Info@seedandshea.com and she will be happy to address any issues or concerns you may have.
I am worried about harsh chemicals and toxic ingredients, what is in your products?
We believe in simple, natural, and effective beauty solutions. All of our Skincare Products are handmade in our Evergreen Studio in small batches without the use of Toxic Chemicals such as Parabens, Phthalates, Sulfates, SLS, Petroleum, Gluten, and other harsh skin irritants.
How long do your soaps last? Do they lather?
All of our soaps are best used within one year of purchase and are best stored in a dry space with some air flow. Our cold process soap recipe has been carefully formulated and cured to produce a long-lasting hard bar of soap with lots of lather!
