Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Available shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and are estimates rather than guarantees.

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. Seed & Shea is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.

If your order arrives damaged, appears to be missing, or has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us through our contact page with your order number so we can help investigate.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by the destination country. These charges may be the customer’s responsibility.
